Big Changes At Hydro-Spray Wash Systems!
If you have been keeping up with us even a little bit online or caught us at NRCC back in October, you know that the Hydro-Spray name has undergone some huge changes in the past year. It’s been an extremely busy and exciting transition, and we’re finally at the point where we can confidently talk to you, our valued customers, about everything that’s happened, some of the exciting things to come, and other expectations going forward!
What’s New?
Last year was a big year for us! Choosing to partner with C K Enterprises and selling the manufacturing operation of the business was a huge decision, and one that we took into very careful consideration. The manufacturing standards that we set forward with all of our products, including our self-serve equipment line, were extremely high and finding the right partner to uphold those standards was a challenge. From the beginning, we were extremely impressed with the innovative principles that C K Enterprises employed in every facet of their business. After learning more about their dedication to quality and high standards with manufacturing, as well as their strong presence in the car wash industry, we quickly realized the value in giving the manufacturing portion of Hydro-Spray to a partner that will continue the excellence that we set forth.
Hydro-Spray equipment will now be manufactured in C K Enterprises’ Missouri facility and will continue to be shipped nation-wide. Our team is continuing to train C K personnel on process to get manufacturing up and running.
What does this mean for Hydro-Spray of PA? We are still Hydro-Spray Wash Systems --- and still located in our Clearfield PA office. Hydro-Spray Wash Systems will transition to focusing on equipment service and supply to our valued customers in the Northeast region, backed by our trained technicians and service personnel. We are extremely excited at the prospect of being able to solely focus on helping carwash operators get up and running, stay up and running, and work as efficiently and profitable as possible. We are also continuing our partnerships as a dealer for some of the most trusted names in the car wash industry, including Hydro-Spray self-serve equipment, Belanger, Hamilton, Airlift Doors, Aaladin, and many more.

Signature Series
We know that carwash chemistry can be a sticky subject for operators. Finding the right balance between economy and performance is an ever-present challenge. With our years of consultation and time spent helping operators tune their washes to find that always-moving sweet spot, we are always on the lookout for better options.
One of the biggest recent benefits to our partnering with C K Enterprises has been our experience with their Signature Series line of carwash chemistry. We spent time seeing their manufacturing and shipping facilities first-hand, tested their products in real-world environments, and worked out cost-projections --- and were extremely impressed at the performance and affordability of this line of chemistry. Ultimately, we have come to the conclusion to feature Signature Series products as our main chemistry line for a number of specific reasons:
Performance and Backroom Setup
Product performance with Signature Series chemistry is extremely impressive. When tuned correctly, we achieved strong, eye catching results. Additionally, because Signature Series products are concentrated and not pre-formulated, the impact to backroom setup is substantial.
Concentrated formula means smaller containers, less water, and more raw material. C K Enterprises SCUBA system makes managing chemistry refills clean and simple, while keeping your equipment room organized.
Cost Savings
Smaller containers might take some getting used to, but don’t judge a book by its cover! While the upfront cost of concentrated chemistry is greater, we have determined that cost-per-car will be equal to or less than what you are currently paying for chemistry.
Making the Change
While we can completely vouch for the cost-saving and performance qualities of the Signature Series, we do understand that the transition from pre-formulated chemistry to concentrated can be a major adjustment, not just from the changes to your equipment room, but to the way you order and manage your chemicals on-site. We feel so strongly about the benefits of this line of chemistry that we are committed to getting you up and running properly.
While we will still offer a pre-formulated line of chemistry, we will be providing a number of incentives to those operators who are interested in switching to Signature Series.
Detailed Per-Car Cost Breakdown:
We will provide a free comprehensive report of your current cost-per-car and compare it with the transition to Signature Series products. We have not yet seen a cost increase for any of the operators who have transitioned.
Free Set-Up:
We will set up and tune your equipment room for your wash for free.
Free SCUBA system:
New purchases will include a free SCUBA system from C K Enterprises, which organizes your chemical delivery and makes refilling and maintenance simple while de-cluttering your backroom.
Free Samples:
We will supply free product samples to wash up to 500 vehicles to see if the switch is right for you.
